In-stock pieces are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order and engraved items take 7–10 business days as they are finished by hand specifically for you.

We offer 30-day returns on all unworn pieces in their original packaging. Returns are complimentary — simply request a prepaid label from your account dashboard.

Absolutely. We provide one complimentary resizing within 60 days of delivery on all eligible ring styles. Eternity and full-pavé bands cannot be resized for structural reasons.

Personalised pieces are crafted uniquely for you and are therefore final sale, unless they arrive faulty. We will always make it right if there is a defect.

Is your gold solid or plated?

Every gold piece is solid 18k recycled gold — never plated or filled. Silver pieces are solid sterling silver with a protective rhodium finish.

All diamonds are conflict-free and sourced under the Kimberley Process. Centre stones above 0.30ct arrive with independent GIA or IGI certification.
