You may return any unworn piece in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

Simply request a prepaid, insured return label from your account dashboard or by contacting our concierge.

We offer one complimentary resizing within 60 days of delivery on all eligible ring styles. Full-pavé and eternity bands cannot be resized for structural reasons.

Prefer a different size, metal, or style? We are happy to arrange an exchange. Any difference in price is settled at the time of exchange.

Personalised and engraved pieces are crafted uniquely for you and are final sale, unless they arrive faulty. Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons once the seal is broken.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of our atelier receiving and inspecting your return. Your bank may take a further few days to reflect the credit.
