In-stock pieces are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order, engraved, or resized pieces are crafted specifically for you and require 7–10 business days before dispatch.

Standard insured delivery reaches most destinations within 3–7 business days. Priority Express delivery (1–2 business days) is available at checkout for most major cities.

Delivery windows exclude weekends and public holidays, and may be extended by customs processing for international orders.

For deliveries within the United States, United Kingdom, and European Union, applicable duties are calculated and settled at checkout where possible.

For other destinations, any import duties or taxes levied by your local customs authority are the responsibility of the recipient.

All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage in transit. A signature is required on delivery for orders above $500 to protect your purchase.
